  • We will manage every aspect of the project – from site selection & civil engineering to design & construction – engaging engineers, architects & other design specialists as necessary.

General

Contractor

You have PLANS...

  • Clients that have established architectural or engineering services, engage Beacon as a General Contractor.

  • We will present you with a bid in 14-21 days based on the plans submitted to us by your architect/engineer for improved efficiency and cost.

  • We will meet with you throughout the building process.

  • We will follow up with appropriate customer service and warranty work.
